Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your SkyRat gear. If something's not right, we'll do our best to sort it out.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at marketing@skyrat.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return your original order and place a new one.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at marketing@skyrat.shop with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
